Eightfold Urban Resort

Very quiet and exclusive environment, the pool view is so beautiful. Staffs are super nice and considerate. My family and I were enjoyed pool access room so much. It’s not located on the main streets, but I prefer the tranquility.

We booked a pool access room, and it was absolutely excellent: beautiful room with enormous comfortable bed and private alcove onto the pool (very nice pool it is too). The hotel had a very tranquil, relaxing feel to it and was the perfect haven after long hot hours of temple visits. Cocktails were cheap and delicious. The hotel will also organise excursions for you (including temple tours) upon request. (I 100% recommend doing the Kanell dinner show). But the best thing about the hotel was its staff - they really go out of their way to make sure you have an incredible time. They make you feel special! And there are wonderful touches, like a cold drink when you arrive, a cold towel when you return from your day, a free dinner and a decorated bed on the last night. A shout out to Nina, who was super helpful, and Sa Vē for cheerful smiley assistance during the day.

There's nothing not to like really. I personally like to have drawers to unpack into and there weren't any in the room, just hangers. May not be a thing in Cambodia? Also the power outlets are inset and competition with in-room appliances meant that it was difficult to recharge devices - I ended up using my power bank for one. These are tiny points rather than major issues. The distance from town was not an issue at all for us, it's a short tuk tuk away and after a long day we were really happy to collapse into a relaxing environment.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Eightfold Resort. The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the pool area is relaxing after a busy day of seeing Cambodias amazing sights and the hotel food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

To be honest, everything was good. The hotel is a little walk of the city center, but the hotel offers tuktuks to take people and bring them back.

The vibe of the hotel is nice, the garden is very beautiful and the staffs are friendly and professional.

We had one day sunrise tour to Angkor Wat so we could not have breakfast in the hotel, but no one reminded us that we can ask the hotel to prepare a simple breakfast box to bring away. Some service details can be improved. Breakfast itself was nice but with limited variety, considering the not cheap price of hotel the breakfast can be richer.

Overall excellent hotel and amazing value. They took very good care of us and we're super helpful arranging rides into the city and to see all of the temples. We never had to worry about arranging ourselves. Resort was also beautiful and the room was massive. Solid restaurant and cafe downstairs as well.

Location is in a poor walking area but they do a great job offering easy and available transport.

An incredibly charming, modern, and relaxing property that offers outstanding value for money. The staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond in every way — they even treated us to a delicious complimentary dinner featuring local Cambodian cuisine, along with a farewell gift of a beautifully made local scarf. My partner and I were truly blown away by our stay; it was without question one of the highlights of our trip.

A gorgeous relaxing oasis, perfect for resting in between sightseeing activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a little outside the main streets of town, however we walked it during the day, and the shuttle tuk tuk's into the town centre for dinner was very convenient.

This was my second time at the hotel. I loved this property not too big and a real small paradise inside. The plants are gorgeous the pool that surrounds it the breakfast is small but well served and fresh, the employees are all very nice and happy to work there, the eroom is well designed.

I like the fact that it is a bit away from the city, but it might be a bit inconvenient depending on the reason for the stay. They do have a tuk-tuk that takes you to the centre for free, though, so it is perfect.

While alittle distant from town, the resort is an oasis if quiet calm. The service from the staff is exceptional. Dining and spa services very good as well. Would definitely book again for a repeat stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and big also the staff were well trained. They were so friendly and very responsive. Me and my partner had a very good stay and would recommend for everyone who looking for comfortable stay. Would come back again.

This place is beyond my expectation. The staff are incredibly nice and thoughful, the entire hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast and dining restaurant is also good. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The hot water supply is okay for shower, but because they have a big bathtub and I wanted to take a bath. Unfortunately the hot water ran out before I could fill the bathtub up.
